Nope, no epiphany. I currently have no desire to run more than a 5k, running for thirty minutes is long enough for me. But I'm happy to join in on any local 5k's. Still waiting for the epiphany that turns me into a marathon runner.
Rachel: Are you telling me you ran a 10K on a 7:15 per mile pace? Is that the meaning of the "Huh" at the end of the post? I'll be interested in the explanation whatever it is. I love you. DAD
